Ambassador terms of use

These terms apply to everyone who uses Viraly, the ambassador programme run by Skynat for Skynat's own products. Each brand you join also has a short partnership agreement, shown to you before you sign.

Who can join

• You must be 18 or older, and some brands set a higher age.
• One person may hold one Viraly account. Several personas under one account are allowed; several accounts for one person are not.
• The details you give us, including your identity and payout details, must be true and your own.

How you earn

• You earn commission only on completed sales that a Skynat brand reports and that are attributed to your link or promo code under that brand's programme rules.
• Nothing is paid for clicks, sign-ups or inviting other ambassadors. Team overrides are paid by Skynat on sales only.
• Commission is held for each brand's hold period. Refunds and chargebacks reverse it, including after it has been paid out, by deduction from your balance.
• There is no guaranteed income. What you earn depends entirely on real sales.

Honest promotion

• Always disclose that you earn commission — see the disclosure guide.
• Follow each brand's rules on what may and may not be claimed.
• No spam, fake reviews, paid bot traffic, misleading pricing or urgency, buying through your own links, or bidding on Skynat brand names in search ads.

Payouts

You can request a payout once your available balance reaches the minimum shown in your wallet and your identity has been verified. Changes to payout details pause payouts briefly for your security. You are responsible for declaring your earnings for tax.

Suspension and ending your account

Skynat may hold commission while suspected fraud is reviewed, and may suspend or close accounts that break these terms; commission from the breach is forfeited. You can leave a brand, or ask us to close your account, at any time.
