Brand partnership agreements

Every Skynat brand on Viraly has its own partnership agreement. You see the full text for a brand, filled in with that brand's commission plan and rules, before you sign it — and you can reread exactly what you signed at any time from the brand's page in your dashboard.

What every agreement covers

• Term: twelve months, renewing automatically. You can leave at any time.
• What you earn: the brand's commission, when sales count, the attribution window and any limits.
• Hold period and refunds: when commission unlocks, and how refunds reverse it.
• No guaranteed pay: compensation is entirely performance-based.
• Honest promotion: required disclosure, claims you must never make, and good practice.
• No self-dealing: your own purchases don't earn; one person, one account.
• Your information: what the brand does and doesn't see.
• Ending the partnership: for a serious breach, with commission from the breach forfeited.

Signing is done by typing your full legal name. We store the exact text you agreed to, when, and from which device.
